All Greenstar condensing boilers are over 90% efficient and are designed to blend in with other domestic appliances.
T he Greenstar CDi System boiler for instance, can cut heating and hot water bills by between 15-20% - and they’re up to 30% cheaper to run than an older boiler. Greenstar condensing boilers deliver this energy saving performance by recycling exhaust gases to extract and re-use latent heat - a highly efficient use of energy which also significantly reduces carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. All products are SEDBUK and SEI HARP approved.
Worcester-Bosch is part of the Bosch Group - one of the world’s leading names in high-end technology.
What type of condensing boiler best suits my needs?
There are 3 different types of high-efficiency condensing boilers:
Combi, Regular or system (a regular boiler is often also referred to as a “traditional” or “conventional” boiler.)
The major difference between a combi and any other type of boiler is that a combi eliminates the need to store hot water - so no hot water cylinder is needed. Each type delivers all the benefits of high-efficiency technology, but which one you choose will depend on several factors, including your property, your lifestyle and the professional advice of a Gas Safe Register (Great Britain) or CORGI (N. Ireland and Channel Islands) installer for gas boilers, or, an OFTEC registered installer for oil-fired boilers.
